A note regarding "hypo-allergenic' and "nickel free": "What is "Hypo-Allergenic"? Hypo means "less than", so the word "hypo-allergenic" theoretically means that a hypo-allergenic product has fewer allergens than other similar products. However, since there are no federal regulations or guidelines defining the term "hypo-allergenic", it doesn't really mean anything. The word can be put on anything, and tells you nothing about the materials, or how likely a person is to be allergic to a given item." (Source: R & T) Our items marked "Nickel Free" meet the stringent European standard. There is no U.S. standard at this time.
